God Meets Every Need

Financial Crisis

The economy spiraled down and we were trapped!

Our pillows became moldy from tears

Night after LONG night we struggled for answers.

We Cried out to God!

Begging for help, wisdom, and guidance,

Giving up our home seemed to be our only choice.

We purposed to trust Him in our new identity.

We found ourselves closer to God than ever before.

The rug was jerked out from under us,

But the LORD caught us.

His love never fails!

In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39

Heaven is our home!

For years our beautiful house brought comfort to our family,

But being comfortable was not what God desired for us.

We had to rely on God and trust Him to supply all our needs!

Every need was met!

When jobs could not support us, God provided!

We stood in awe each time food or shelter was given,

Recognizing it was our God who prompted friends and family to share with us.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, Whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:2-4

God is so faithful. Sometimes God just has to get our attention to help us really understand that. Many of us (my hand is up) have been there. No way to buy your baby’s medicine, no way to pay the light bill, etc. We pray, turn it over to God and BAM! We get through. Somehow. Unexpected insurance rebate check in the mail, call to biller who agrees to let us pay payments, call you what you will but IT IS GOD. His faithfulness to us. Thank you, Lord, for loving us so.
